- Strength around the joints.
- Postural Assessment.
- Flexibility through the entire body.
- Muscular and aerobic endurance.
- Nutrition consultation and follow up with food diaries.
- A sense of achievement at aspiring to look after oneself.
- Rehabilitation from injury, illness, heart attack, stroke, limb breaks etc.
We have the following skills:
- Personal Training - encouragement and program design.
- Life Coaching, goal setting and time management.
- Corporate Screening and health awareness.
- Pilates Instruction.
- Individual and group sessions at home using balls and bands - minimal equipment.
- Circuit classes on a Wed 1800 and Fri 1300.
- Nutrition clinics for individuals and food packages for offshore sailing.
- Massage.
- Contract to John Lewis to do gym equipment set ups including Power Plate instruction.
We listen to your needs and we work out what is right for you, rather than imposing our ideas.
We put years onto peoples lives.
