One off sessions to set you up with a program for training yourself
Blocks of sessions at a reduced rate
Internet advice and monitoring
Regularity:
We have clients we see three times per week, twice a week, once a week, once every two weeks, once a month etc etc.
Regularity depends on your motivation.
The more you can take on to do yourself the less you need us to be with your every session.
We do not aim to make you dependent on us but to give you some tools to go down the road to health and fitness yourself.
