Background
Emma is a big believer in leading by example. She comes from a competitive background, having made sport her life and is now really keen to pass on her enthusiasm for the merits of healthy active living. She worked on yachts for 15 years at the beginning of her career, and began to Personal Train in 1996.
Emma was born in the UK, grew up in Hertfordshire, but in 1998 emigrating to Australia, and returned back to the UK in 2003.
Her personal accolades include playing lacrosse for England U21s, 3 x East & 2 x West England at different times plus 3 x Western Australia. In addition she competed in Triathlons in Australia. She also raced yachts in many events - namely in several all female records plus 4 x All female Round the World campaigns, and topped off in 2007 by competing on the road bike in the “Etap du Tour “- stage of the Tour de France (200km with 5 mountains).
Throughout her life she has always been motivated to a great life balance and has worked for herself, as a professional sportswoman progressing to motivational speaker, working with Mission Performance, specializing in Team building and Leadership courses. All along working as a Personal Trainer, training some top level teams, round the world racers, as well as ordinary people, which brings all of these other experiences together.
